My name is Mark Cunningham (Better known as Marko) and I live in Wellington, New Zealand.
I started life as an electrician and then went on to University to complete a degree in Linguistics/Chinese, followed by 2 more years of study in Management and marketing.
After graduation I worked in Korea/Japan for 2 years followed by another 2 years working for the NZDB (now Fonterra) taking care of the Korea and Japanese market.
Finally I ended up in Thailand teaching English/Linguistics at Universities and schools in Thailand which supported my humanitarian work for the Ruamkatanyu Foundation. Over the next 9 years I owned and operated my own ambulance and taught over 5000 volunteers First Aid and CPR. I also worked in the Tsunami from start to finish for which I received a medal from both the NZ and Thai governments.

In October 2009 I published my book called "Sleeping with the Dead" about my life in the Thailand rescue service.

I have now returned to NZ to settle down and be with my family, so I am looking for a long term career position.
